Este fraccionamiento no es un hotel y el acceso está restringido a los condóminos. Lo que se puede hacer es rentar alguna de las pocas casas disponibles cuyos dueños no viven allí. Se encuentra a 5 km de la playa.
Afortunadamente este lugar no resultó tan dañado por el huracán Otis, solo hay mucha basura , y ya empieza a oler mal.
Buen lugar para vivir, buen ambiente y muy tranquilo, entradas accesibles
Me encanta el fraccionamiento, está muy cuidado a pesar del tiempo que ya tiene existiendo Me peleo con la ubicación pues me queda un poco lejos el centro de Acapulco, sin embargo, he conocido Puerto Marquez y me ha encantado También me peleo con la basura que los habitantes del fraccionamiento dejan sin darse cuenta que es para beneficio de todos el ser limpios
Un lugar bien para vacacionar, es cómodo y si es para vivir también lo es, cuando se encuentran las personas de vacaciones es mejor alejarse, el lugar está a reventar y las albercas compartidas son la muerte ya que parece caldo de humano, en resumen, bien si solo vivirás en el un tiempo, huye si piensas establecerte
Con alberca solo para las personas del condominio, bien iluminada aire acondicionado en cada habitación
Cada condominio cuenta con su alberca lo que hace que no se saturen. Orden y limpieza en sus áreas verdes. No existen las banquetas dentro del fracc., Agregado a esto el traslado de las casas más alejadas hasta la entrada principal a pie ,se vuelve tedioso, mucha distancia. Recomendable para el descanso. Esta situado cerca de lugares de interés.
